Project Manager

Luke O’Connor is a Project Manager at Wave Strategy, where he supports clients across government, economic development, investor, and entrepreneurial support markets.

Prior to joining Wave Strategy, Luke spent five years as a freelance consultant advising Fortune 500 and middle-market organizations across corporate strategy, market research, data analytics, operational improvement, and innovation initiatives. His experience spans healthcare, technology, outsourcing, hospitality, and innovation-driven markets. He has delivered market sizing, M&A sourcing support, commercialization strategy, cost analysis, and new concept development projects while working directly with executive leadership teams. Earlier in his career, he held director level positions with hotel and restaurant management companies, including Hyatt and Colwen Hotels.

Luke holds an MBA in Healthcare and an MS in Regenerative Medicine & Entrepreneurship from Case Western Reserve University, as well as a BA in Economics and BS in Finance from the University of Southern Maine. He is a Certified Licensing Professional Associate, Project Management Professional, ScrumMaster, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He is also a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Academy of Regenerative Medicine, and Playhouse Square Partners.
